2. Enrollment in the Program

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your website, blog, or social media must align with our branding and values.
  • We do not accept applications from websites promoting illegal, adult, gambling, or hate content.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 Marketing and Promotion

  • You may use our approved marketing materials (banners, links, graphics, and text).
  • You must not misrepresent Juppl.com’s services.
  • You are prohibited from using spam, false claims, misleading ads, or forced clicks.

3.2 Brand Representation

  • You may not use Juppl.com’s trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading way.
  • You must not imply you are an employee or partner of Juppl.com.
  • Do not register domain names, social media accounts, or ads that impersonate Juppl.com.

3.3 Compliance with Laws

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for disclosures.
  • If you use email marketing, it must comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements.
  • If targeting EU customers, you must comply with GDPR regulations.

4. Affiliate Commissions and Payments

4.1 Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a commission on successful referrals that lead to a completed and paid order for any Juppl.com service, including web design, AI design, logo design, and branding services.
  • The exact commission percentage and payout schedule will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.

4.2 Payment Terms

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1 Termination by Juppl.com

  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
    • Violate any terms of this Agreement.
    • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior.
    • Damage Juppl.com’s brand reputation.

6.2 Termination by the Affiliate

  • You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us at contact@juppl.com.

6.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, you must immediately stop promoting Juppl.com and remove all affiliate links and materials.
  • Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Juppl.com does not guarantee any specific earnings or success from this Program.
  • Juppl.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Juppl.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.
