Juppl ("we," "us," or "our") provides fractional CTO leadership, conversion architecture consulting, infrastructure engineering, and related technical services for established businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any consulting engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work or service agreement executed between Juppl and the client. These Terms govern your use of the Site itself.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are submitting information on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Individual results vary based on factors including but not limited to existing infrastructure, traffic volume, industry, and scope of engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juppl and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
